Beginning 1/1/2026 I will be limiting insurance plans for new patients to Aetna, Optum, and United Healthcare.  All other insurance policies will no longer be accepted for new patients. I apologize for any inconvenience this policy change may have caused.  Superbills can be provided for insurance reimbursement as an out of network provider on all other insurance plans.
